Thank you for shopping with us! This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, and exchange procedures for orders placed through our online store.

1. Shipping Arrangement and Tracking

All in-stock products are shipped from our Hong Kong stores. In-stock items are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after we receive your order. Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with an SF Express tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.
•⁠  ⁠Free Shipping Eligibility: Free SF Express delivery is available for purchases over HK$1,580 in Hong Kong and Macau. Note that some items may require in-store inspection and trial before delivery. If the order does not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be automatically calculated by the system at check out.
•⁠  ⁠Delivery Schedule in Hong Kong: Standard delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday only for commercial and industrial buildings). Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after submission (business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
•⁠  ⁠Service Availability: SF Express delivery is available only within Hong Kong and Macau. For overseas orders, we use Hong Kong Post EMS service, with additional shipping fees applicable. Customers must pay the EMS fee before shipment.
•⁠  ⁠Delivery Locations: We deliver to residential addresses, commercial properties, or any SF Express-approved locations (e.g., SF Convenience Stores or smart lockers) during SF Express operating hours.
•⁠  ⁠Suspension of Delivery: Deliveries may be suspended during Hong Kong and Macau public holidays, Sundays, Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warnings, or any weather conditions we deem unsafe for delivery.
•⁠  ⁠International Delivery Times: International orders may take 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and shipping method.
•⁠  ⁠Order Handling: Each order is processed for separate delivery. Once submitted, orders cannot be merged or modified (e.g., adding or removing items).
•⁠  ⁠Delivery Confirmation: Goods will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery to this address constitutes acceptance of the goods. If you are unable to receive the goods for any reason, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or cancel the order at our sole discretion, without refund or compensation.

2. Special Arrangements for Pre-Ordered Items

If your order includes both pre-ordered items and in-stock items, please note the following options:
•⁠  ⁠Combined Shipping (Default Option): To help save on shipping costs, we will ship all items together once the pre-ordered items arrive in stock.
•⁠  ⁠Separate Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, contact us to request this arrangement. An additional shipping fee will apply, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

3. Exchange Policy

If the goods you receive are damaged, please contact our customer service on the same day of receipt. We will assist with follow-up arrangements.

•⁠  ⁠香港送貨時間:標準送貨時間為星期一至六,上午 9:00 至下午 6:00(商業及工業大廈僅限星期一至五)。訂單通常會在提交後的 7-10 個工作日內送達(工作日僅指星期一至五,不包括公眾假期)。
•⁠  ⁠服務範圍:順豐速運送貨服務僅限香港及澳門地區。海外訂單使用香港郵政 EMS 服務,但需收取額外運費,客戶須於發貨前支付 EMS 運費。
•⁠  ⁠送貨地點:我們會透過順豐速運在營業時間內,將貨品送達住宅、商業地點或任何順豐速運認可的地點(如順豐便利店或智能櫃等)。
•⁠  ⁠送貨暫停:在香港及澳門公眾假期、星期日、8 號或以上颱風警告、黑色暴雨警告,或我們認為可能危及送貨安全的任何天氣狀況下,我們將暫停送貨。
•⁠  ⁠國際訂單送達時間:國際訂單可能需 3-4 週送達,視目的地及運送方式而定。
•⁠  ⁠訂單處理:每個訂單均獨立安排送貨。訂單提交後,我們無法合併或修改訂單(例如添加或移除商品)。
•⁠  ⁠送貨確認:貨品將送達您在網上商店下單時提供的送貨地址。送達該地址即視為貨品已交付及接受。
如因任何原因無法接收貨品,我們保留權利收取額外費用或自行決定取消訂單,而不提供退款或補償。

2. 預購商品的特別安排
如果您的訂單同時包含「預購商品」及「現貨商品」,請注意以下選項:
•⁠  ⁠合併發貨(預設選項):為節省您的運費,我們將在預購商品到貨後,一併發貨所有商品。
